Cacao Rum Buck

2 oz SelvaRey Cacao Rum
3/4 oz Ginger Syrup
1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
Combine rum, ginger syrup, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and give it just a quick shake. Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass. Top with soda. Garnish with candied ginger.
