Old Cuban

1 1/2 oz SelvaRey White Rum
3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1 oz Simple Syrup
6 Mint leaves
2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
2 oz Sparkling Wine
Muddle lime juice, syrup, and mint in a cocktail shaker. Add rum, bitters, ice, and shake well. Strain into cocktail glass, and top with sparkling wine.
