Pomegranate Punch

12 OZ SelvaRey White Rum
2 750-ml bottles chilled Brut Champagne
10 OZ pomegranate juice
4 OZ water
4 OZ sugar
1 large lemon, thinly sliced
Pomegranate seeds
Fresh mint leaves
Combine all ingredients in a punch bowl and stir. Serve in glass over ice. Garnish with mint and a lemon wheel. Makes 9-10 cups.
