The Blacker the Berry

1.5 oz SelvaRey Cacao
4 oz Blackberry Ginger Beer
To make Blackberry Ginger beer:
7 oz Sweetened Blackberry Puree
1 oz Liquefied Ginger Root (juiced ginger)
2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
4 oz Cookie Spiced Simple Syrup (Bring equal parts cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg, water, and
sugar to a boil, and let cool.)
18 oz water, Fine strain (to remove pulp and root) and add all to soda syphon and charge.

Add ingredients to a Collins glass with cubed ice. Garnish with ginger and blackberries on a pick and sprigs of mint.
