My Fizzy Valentine

1 1/2 oz Selvarey Cacao Rum
1/2 oz Raspberry Lemon Cordial
1/4 oz Campari
4 oz Champagne
2 Scoops Raspberry Sorbet
In a cocktail shaker add sorbet first followed by the remaining spirits. Add ice and shake for 5-10 seconds. double strain into a cocktail glass and top with Champagne. Garnish with fresh Raspberries.
